Ordering & Payment
1. How do I know my order was placed successfully? You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. This email will include your order number and a summary of your purchase. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed? We aim to process orders quickly. Here is our policy on changes and cancellations:
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us immediately at support@zestydrop.com with your order number to request a cancellation. After the 24 hours window, we cannot guarantee a cancellation as the order may have already entered the fulfillment process.
- Changes: Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order (such as size, color, or shipping address) once it has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as secure payment gateways like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4. Is my payment information secure? Yes, absolutely. Our website is equipped with an SSL certificate, and all transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
5. Where do you ship to? We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
6. How much does shipping cost and how long will it take? We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Delivery: Costs a flat rate of $5.00. The total estimated delivery time is 15-24 business days.
- Fast Delivery: Costs a flat rate of $20.00. The total estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
Please note that our processing time is 1-3 business days.
7. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Returns & Exchanges
8. What is your return policy? We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. We also accept exchanges.
9. What are the conditions for a return? To be eligible, the item must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
10. How do I start a return? Simply email our support team at support@zestydrop.com with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
11. How long does it take to get a refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. There are no restocking fees.
