At Zestydrop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for all items purchased from our store.

1. 60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in new condition.
  • The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and must have never been used.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges. The most efficient way to receive a new item is to initiate a return for the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item you would like.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@zestydrop.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us by mail.
  3. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account after we have issued it.
