1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Order Cut-Off Time: To ensure timely processing, our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer two distinct shipping options for all orders within the United States. Please note that the delivery times listed below are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
- Standard Delivery
- Cost: $5.00 Flat Rate
- Total Estimated Delivery: 15-24 Business Days (this includes our 1-3 day processing time and a 14-21 day transit time).
- Fast Delivery
- Cost: $20.00 Flat Rate
- Total Estimated Delivery: 5-8 Business Days (this includes our 1-3 day processing time).

3. Shipping Destination
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam), or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
4. Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to become active on the carrier’s website.
5. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Zestydrop is not liable for issues, such as non-delivery or additional shipping fees, that result from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
