Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. We process orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a simple flat-rate shipping option for your convenience.

  • Shipping Cost: We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.99 for all orders, to all destinations. This rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Transit Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is 14 to 21 business days (Monday - Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Combining processing and transit times, you can expect your order to arrive within 15 to 24 business days.

Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check your order's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@zestydrop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of purchase. ZestyDrop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Warranty

Your satisfaction is our top priority at ZestyDrop. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. We offer a 60-day return policy for both defective and non-defective products, as well as exchanges.

60-Day Return Window

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns for any reason, whether the item is defective or you simply changed your mind.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@zestydrop.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email to let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved:

  • You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • There are absolutely no restocking fees on any return.

  • Your refund will be processed within 3 business days after we approve the return.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account after we have issued it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as gift cards.
